Jordan Haulage delivers excellence every mile

17 Sep, 2026

Established in 2023, Jordan Haulage has hit the ground running by providing an exceptional service to a growing list of clients. The Cork-based general haulage operation is fronted by Jordan O’Leary who, at just 27, is an old head on young shoulders.

Jordan Haulage offers a comprehensive range of services, including flatbed trailer transportation, curtainsider transportation, container transportation, box transportation, fertiliser haulage, refrigerated and tipper work. With a strong emphasis on reliability, punctuality, safety and customer service, the company ensures timely deliveries and professionalism at every stage to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Jordan Haulage’s team of experienced drivers and staff work tirelessly to provide customised solutions for all transportation requirements.

“We’ve been proudly serving our customers for the past three years and are growing every single day,” the young company founder and owner enthuses.

“We provide dependable, efficient and professional general haulage services across the 32 counties of Ireland. We’re flexible and easy to work with, with no job being too big or small. We’re ready to move your load safely and on time.”

It has been more than a case of ‘so far, so good’ for Jordan who comes from good trucking stock and always wanted to work for himself. From a young age, he had a passion for trucks and the open road, a passion that was instilled in him by his father Brian, who runs O’Leary’s Driving School – a specialised driving school offering instruction for truck and heavy vehicle licenses – and is also a key part of the Jordan Haulage team.

“I grew up around trucks, washing and driving them, but I always wanted to be more than a driver. I saw how my father’s driving school grew and sought to replicate that with my own business. I was unsure how it would grow, but used my youth and background ability to expand. Thankfully, it has worked out well for me,” Jordan explains.

“I’m very grateful for all the help and support my father has given me. The business wouldn’t have gotten off the ground without him. He drives from time to time to help me out covering holiday leave etc. He comes from a haulage background and that has clearly rubbed off on me.

He continues: “We’re not just moving goods – we’re building a reputation for trust, hard work and a commitment to growth. With every mile that we travel, we’re working towards our goal of becoming a leading name in the haulage industry.”

With a state-of-the-art fleet, a top-class team and an ever-expanding customer-base, Jordan Haulage is well on its way to achieving its goals. The growing fleet comprises six tractor units and 10 trailers, including some new arrivals. The newest truck is a stunning new Scania S770 which was purchased from AOC Commercials earlier this year. Jordan also took delivery of two new Volvo FH540 twin-tags last year from McCarthy Commercials. In addition he is running a 241-reg DAF XD450, a 221-reg DAF XF and a 152-reg Scania 6410, which was previously used in his father’s driving school.

The Co. Cork haulage firm takes great pride in the appearance of its trucks. Decked out in striking metallic grey, the three newest additions are a real head-turner.

“We have three more Volvo FH540 twin wheel tags ordered and they should be here in July,” Jordan reveals.

“Our aim is to be an ultra-reliable transport operator and the only way you can achieve that is by keeping your gear fresh and new. Most of our trucks are under contract maintenance, while I look after the trailer maintenance myself. We’re also in the process of making metallic grey our fleet colour.”

The trailers are a mix of containers / skeletals and curtainsiders along with one flat, one tipper and one low loader.

“We have four skellys, including two new sliding Dennisons and a new Schmitz from Casey Trailers in Naas. The two curtainsiders are a Montracon and a Lawerence David, the flat is a Kassbohrer from TC Trailers, the Faymonville MAX low loader came from Ashbourne Truck Centre, while we’ve also invested in a Fruehauf tipper from Sallybrook Commercial Centre in Letterkenny. Tipper work is something we’re actively going after.”

Behind the wheel of every Jordan Haulage truck is a reliable, experienced and courteous driver. “Our drivers are the best in the business. They always deliver the goods,” the affable Cork man asserts.

“We have five morning drivers and two evening drivers working alongside my father and I.”

Jordan’s two biggest customers are retail giants Musgraves and BWG Foods. He also carries out container work for multiple shipping companies.

“We’re very lucky with the customers we had. The good name I had before setting up the company has stood to me,” he continues.

“I did deliveries for Musgraves for five or six months, so that contact was already there. We’ve built an excellent working relationship with them, just as we have done with BWG Foods and all of our other customers. We pride ourselves on our top-quality service and reliability. We deliver nationwide to supermarkets and do trunking work from Cork to Dublin every night.

“Here’s to continuing to grow, keeping the wheels turning, and many more miles ahead.”
