Midland Tyres Group announces acquisition of M&M Tyres (Wholesale) Limited

The Midland Tyres Group is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of M&M Tyres (Wholesale) Limited, was finalised in December 2024. This strategic acquisition enhances Midlands’ service offering to fleet customers in the greater Louth and Northern Ireland areas, while expanding M&M’s range of services and providing 24-hour support to its valued customers.

About M&M Tyres (Wholesale) Limited
Based in Dundalk, Co. Louth, M&M Tyres was founded by Kevin McManus and Paul McKean in 2012 with Shane Marks joining as Director and Shareholder in 2020. For over three decades, Kevin McManus and M&M Tyres have built a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional service and expertise in the tyre industry.
