Clonroosk Events will be on hand at Full of the Pipe 2024 with a variety of wonderful funfair rides and other entertainment attractions, all geared towards families. A huge hit at festivals, fairs, shows and other events nationwide, Clonroosk Events cater for everybody young and old and that’s why they are such a perfect match for Ireland’s most-attended and talked-about truck show.

The stage is set for another epic Full of the Pipe and the icing on the cake entertainment-wise is being delivered by the experienced and conscientious team at Clonroosk Events, whose funfair rides and magnificent attractions are guaranteed to entertain the entire family.

FOTP has always been more than just another truck show – it’s geared towards not just truckers but their family members too and the funfair element is a perfect reflection of this all-inclusive ethos. Limerick man Peter Gilmore, currently operating out of Thurles, has been bringing funfair joy to people island-wide for over a quarter of a century and has been fronting Clonroosk Events in conjunction with business partner Billy for the past six of those.

Peter is looking forward to entertaining the masses at Full of the Pipe yet again. “We worked with Full of the Pipe years ago and couldn’t fit it in with the schedules clashing there for a while when things got very busy,” he recalls. “We were delighted to join forces again for Full of the Pipe at Mondello in October and will be there again in July, thankfully.

“We had goof craic there in October. There was a good turn-out and it was great fun. Even though it was a smaller event than usual size-wise, we brought all out big-scale machines to make sure we covered everybody. If you don’t bring it, you aren’t going to see what the reaction is.

“The bumper cars we used to hire weren’t available for that weekend so we bought our own set. It was important that we had bumper cars there – they are a good ride that covers every age. Parents and children can do it together and it’s a truck show after all, where people love their vehicles, so obviously there’s going to be big interest in the bumper cars…”

The bumpers will be present and firing on all cylinders at Mondello Park this weekend, while other attractions provided courtesy of Clonroosk Events include the ever-popular bungee trampoline, Disney train and Disney chair rides, and stalls like Hook a Duck, while the Miami Crazy Wave will be in full flow.

There’s going to be plenty for everybody to do to fill in those gaps between admiring the convoy of classy lorries around which the weekend is built! “Full of the Pipe has definitely turned into more of a family occasion and that suits us right down to the ground as what we offer is a full family funfair. You have to provide that service these days because that’s what people expect. Young kids, teenagers and older adults will all have plenty of rides and attractions to choose from,” Peter promises.

Clonroosk Events invariably offer a first-class service to all clients, big or small, at affordable prices. Their funfair presents an iconic centrepiece to any event and can adds a genuine touch of class and nostalgia to make every gathering enjoyable and memorable.

Over the past number of years, they have supplied attractions to festivals and events all over Ireland, working alongside Ireland’s largest event organisers and promoters on a wide and diverse variety of projects. It’s been a busy and successful year thus far for Clonroosk Events, with more to come, and Full of the Pipe will be one of the highlights.

After Full of the Pipe 2024, the Clonroosk Events roadshow will continue unabated throughout the summer with many other bookings already made for funfair entertainment at Castlerea, Dunmore, Cappamore Agricultural Show, Dualla Truck Show and Bansha Agricultural Show to mention just a few others.

With Clonroosk Events, the fun literally never stops.
