McShane Tyres go the extra mile

McShane Tyres is a leading tyre depot and repair garage in Crossmaglen, Co. Armagh which is run by Kevin McShane and specialises in fitting and repairing tyres for cars, jeeps, vans, trucks, tractors and quarry equipment.
While McShane Tyres has only been trading since 2019, Kevin’s father Martin previously ran a garage from the same site that continues to carry out car repairs, servicing and pre-NCT / MOT checks along with car washing. McShane Tyres has quickly established itself as the number one name for tyres, 4-wheel alignment, fast puncture repairs and tracking in the region. The Dundalk Road depot has everything Kevin and his team need to repair and replace tyres, including two-post lifts (x2), a four-post lift, two car tyre changing machines and a new state-of-the-art Corghi Exact Linear Plus 4-wheel aligner.
“We extended the workshop to accommodate the new 4-wheel alignment system. We also hope to invest in a Corghi truck tyre changing machine in the near future,” says Kevin, who is joined in the business by the aforementioned Martin and his cousin Lee McShane.
“We cater for every type of vehicle and all the popular tyre brands. It’s all about giving customers the service they want.”
McShane Tyres provides a comprehensive range of tyres for different vehicles to suit all budgets. In addition, the family-run business offers a callout service. It has two fully-kitted vans dedicated to this which are able to carry out repairs onsite or on the roadside.
