Limerick’s brake and clutch specialists
Trading for over 30 years, Limerick Brakes is one of Ireland’s leading parts, brake and clutch specialists. The second-generation family business stocks thousands of products at competitive prices which are available for immediate dispatch throughout the Munster region.
Limerick Brakes was established in 1987 by David Casey and his late brother Pat and is now run by David’s sons, David Jnr and Derek. It has been based in Cathedral Place since the beginning. The 6,500 sq. ft. premises / distribution centre is located in the heart of Limerick city and has ample parking space to the rear. The company employs 10 staff and supplies a wide range of products to customers in Limerick city and county, north Cork, Clare and Tipperary.
Customers can call into the shop between 8am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday and between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays or alternatively buy their parts at Limerick Brakes’ online store - www.brakeandclutch.ie. The website offers browsing convenience and the best products at the lowest prices. The supplier’s team of parts specialists is at your service either online or on the phone at low call 1890 253368 where they are happy to answer your queries and are sure to get you the right part when you need it.
The website offers next-day delivery throughout Ireland in most cases for just €5. Ordering parts is easy online, but if you prefer to talk to a specialist, just phone with your vehicle’s make, model and registration and a member of the team will tell you the price and availability of the part you need. Order before 4pm and receive your products the next day.
“We’re essentially a motor factors supplying car, truck and tractor parts and products across the region and beyond,” David Casey Snr explains.
“When you call into our shop in Limerick city centre, we’re almost certain to have the part you need in stock. We have a team of professional, knowledgeable and friendly counterhands and storemen who will advise you on the product that best suits your requirements. They have a wealth of experience in the trade and are on first-name terms with many of our customers.
“Buying parts online has become very popular in recent years, but we would still recommend that people ring us and talk to us before making the order. Ordering the wrong part is very common. It’s frustrating and wastes time. We’re at the end of the phone to impart expert advice and to make sure you get the right part at the first time of asking. We’re all about having the right part at the right price.
“We also have two vans on the road which deliver twice a day throughout Munster. It’s all part of the service.”
